He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and never pushy—just honest and straightforward, which we really appreciated. This wasn’t at all the typical used car experience. Everyone we interacted with was courteous and efficient, and the entire dealership had a high standard of professionalism. I appreciated the fact that no add ons were on the out the door price. Just MSRP and taxes. This has been the smoothest car buying experience I have ever had. From the time I arrived to leaving with a new vehicle it was a total of about 2.5 hours.
