When I initially went there to look for a car I was working with another salesman. Then I wasn’t for certain because he just left me to take matters into my own hands, which made me look elsewhere. The second time I came I met Mrs. Renee, she went out her way to help me find the car of my dreams. She even went into my old account and cleared up some issues I had dealing with CarMax 8years ago. I bought a car in May from JEH, it’s it now August and I still can’t get my license plates or registration because they are selling cars they don’t have titles to. A TxDMV found that they had broken laws/rules and were referring my case to the state attorney’s office and advised that I seek legal counsel for civil penalties. These dealership is a joke!!! Once you sign the paperwork, they disappear completely and I have to go to extreme lengths to get things done. I still don’t have any answers about where the title is. The finance department doesn’t even have the title yet. Be very aware. Use extreme caution!!!

We originally went in just to get my husband’s window fixed on his 2021 Explorer and had no intentions of purchasing a vehicle that day. Luckily, we got connected with Jacob Lapolla—and when I say he gave us a great experience, I mean it! He was so helpful, transparent, and honest throughout the process. To our surprise, we ended up purchasing a 2025 Ford F-150 and couldn’t be happier. Jacob went above and beyond by making sure the truck was filled with gas and freshly washed before we left. Had an oil change on June 4, 2024. Started seeing fluid on the ground whenever I parked the vehicle. Had my husband look at it and discovered oil was leaking on the ground. Tried to get service appt this past Fri and Sat but the message stated the service dept was closed. Needless to say I had to get the vehicle checked out and found out the the gasket was not tightened after the last oil change. Had to get a new oil change and thank goodness for that dealership’s expertise in analyzing and fixing the careless error of Tejas service department. Will never go back to Tejas now renamed Space City! Very costly error

I cannot give high enough ratings for the excellent service that I received from the sales team. I first spoke with Jasen Vann on the phone, and he was very professional and explained pricing and extras and answered all the questions I had. I asked him for a quote on the vehicle that I had chosen online, and he sent it right away. Right after this, I had an unpleasant experience with another Nissan dealership. The salesperson from that group sent me a quote, and I went to the dealership planning to purchase it. Their sales manager would not honor the quote that the salesman had given me. He would not even look at it. So I called Jasen back and told him what had happened. He put his sales manager, Alfonso Gutierrez on the phone, and Mr. Gutierrez assured me that he would honor the quote and that Mossy did not treat customers that way. I had previously worked for a company that leased cars from Mossy, and we always had excellent service and relationships with them. So I went to Mossy, met with Jasen, and closed the deal on the same day. All the employees made me feel very comfortable; there was no hard sell. It was a very pleasant experience, and now whenever I plan to purchase a car, either new or used, Mossy is the first place I will go, and I will recommend the dealership highly to anyone looking for a new car. Jasen continues to be in touch with me via e-mail to let me know opportunities that I have with Mossy Nissan. I couldn't give a better review. The car fax i was shown did not show the car was wrecked. The car taillight was wired to the transmission!!! Nissan rep had to come to the certified mechanic shop to diagnose my car!!

Had a terrible experience with this dealership this afternoon. They have no respect for your time or trust. I confirmed multiple times, including the morning of my appointment and just before starting my drive to the dealership, that the Mazda I was interested in was available and that on-site inspections were allowed. After driving an hour and bringing my mechanic, the sales associate first told me inspections weren’t allowed, then admitted the car had actually been sold this morning. Mind you, someone from their team had messaged me 10 minutes before I arrived at the dealership that they were ready for my appointment. The manager then came to talk to us. He just blamed the online team and the website instead of taking any responsibility or even apologizing for giving us straight up wrong information. I ended up wasting time and money on my mechanic who had traveled to the lot. The experience felt very disrespectful. I wish I had read all the negative reviews before going in.

My husband and I could not be happier about our experiences with Texas Auto North Sales and Service Department. As I said before, the sales department worked with me until we had a deal, we could both agree on. It wasn't easy but they hung in there with me. That was in December. Then we had our backup camera replaced. Fast and efficient service. But it messed up again annnnnnd! Ms. Terri in the service department came to the rescue. You see, when it went out it was a thursday and my husband was leaving for work in Maine on Sunday. She had the guy out there on Friday morning to fix it for him and on top of that; he asked about buying a spare and when she found out that they sold us the truck without a spare, she found him one a gave it to him! I am so happy with this dealership; I am about to go buy another car from them if they will deal with me again! LOL! It was a little agonizeing for them last time. I love this place! Not sure about the South location but I will drive to North Houston everytime I need a new car! Thanks Texas Auto North for treating people right! I would give you 10 stars if I coud! twerner

I am on a budget and needed every penny to get a good used car after an 18-wheeler hit my me in my paid off chevy impala on an accident on March that was ruled at the scene as a "no fault of either driver due to signal lights not working" & thankfully I was uninjured but lost Everything in the accident. I needed another vehicle asap to keep from losing my employment and texas best auto deal auction worked with me and helped me buy another cash car for only 1000 dollars total fees included and that was 3 months ago and it still runs great. I wouldn't have been able to recover from that unfortunate setback without their help and professional support and services in getting another car. I would recommend them to anyone who may be down on their luck but can save up enough money to start over to definitely go there. It'll be money and time VERY WELL SPENT.

Warning THEY WILL RUIN YOUR CREDIT - BAD BAD BAD

I purchased a Truck from Fincher's Texas Best Auto & Truck Sales in Tomball in May 4, 2019 and traded my old one in. They are to payoff my trade in. It is now July 2nd, 2019. The bank that I had my loan with on the truck I traded in has been calling me for payments (3 months worth). This dealer will not return calls and all they do is give you a run around. The bank that I had my loan with (trade in truck) has filed theft charges on me and now they are reposing the truck. This doesn't hurt Fincher's Texas Best Auto & Truck Sale credit it hurts mine. The lending bank that holds the note on the truck that has been traded in has also contacted Fincher's and they also give them the run around and will not return calls. I have talked to the sales person that I purchased truck from she gives run around (Maria Malave). The Finance Manager also gives run around and his name is Jerry Cantu. The Sales Manager will not return calls what so every and his name is Tommy Elhaimer. Update: I have to hire a lawyer now because of these people (Fincher's Texas Best Auto & Truck Sales) They need to change their name to FINCHER"S TEXAS WORST AUTO & SALES!!!!!!!
