Steve is truly the best! If I could, I'd give him a rating above 5 stars. He has been helping our family with Toyota purchases and leases for many years now, and whenever we need a new car, he's the only person we go to. Today we have happily leased a brand new beautiful blue 2026 Corolla SE, and it was all thanks to Steve's hard work. We would not have been able to do it without him! Steve is both an excellent salesperson and a genuinely wonderful person. He is not one to push anything onto you or rush a deal. I explained my situation and he made it happen. The manager was so nice as well and the Finance Manager, Nia, was an absolute angel. My electric Taycan was completely discharged as I got home at midnight and even the 12volt battery was dead because the car had no power i was partially on my driveway but my charging cable did not reach. Had ro leave it like that overnight. I contacted Santa Clarita service dept in the morning and told.them of my situation. The technician. I spoke with was completely helpful and rght away told me that the foreman could come out and assess the situation. Brian called me in 20 minutes that he was on his way. He jumped started the car so he could access the trunk and power the 12v battery and open the charge port. He ran a diagnosis and then pulled out an extension cable so I could charge. I am so gratefully and thankful for the excellent customer service skills of the service department. What a life saver.
