We agreed upon a price for a new Highlander quickly and I made an appointment to pick it up and do paperwork first thing the next morning. We prepared ourselves to be bamboozled and lied to when we arrived (since we had horrible experiences at the TWO different Chevy dealers just a week before), BUT HOLY COW! Not only was the car we agreed upon ready to go for us, the price was still the same! Jerry Sun and Mike D'Acosta met us at the door with nothing but kindness and professionalism...actually we were treated more like old friends that haven't seen each other in ages (which was so refreshing). Jerry made the process effortless, always with a smile on his face and the BEST attitude! Then financing...What a pleasure! YES a pleasure! Nichole Peters was truly amazing. She explained everything thoroughly and was a sweetheart thru all our questions and kids interruptions. This place is now HOME and we will recommend Toyota of Orlando to ALL our family and friends. Worth the trip that was over an hour!!! More

He was super knowledgeable, giving me a tour of the fleet of vehicles to choose from. During the test drive, he went over all the features of the vehicle making sure I had all my possible questions answered. After selecting my new Toyota Highlander, both Jerry and James made my purchase process quick and easy. My previous Highlander was cleaned out, and the new one was ready to go. Devin helped me complete all my paperwork, making sure I had all my questions answered. This was such a smooth process from start to finish. More

Aundre provided upfront cost and option information and showed me all the tag, tax and transfer costs so I could make a good comparison and decision. They were helpful about pricing my existing car for trade-in. Aundre was also very supportive with some of the followup questions i had after the purchase. Wilfredo Rodriguez assisted Aundre and was very helpful and spent a lot of time during the initial test drive and then was very patient about showing me all the setup options during the final delivery of the new car.
