Iam extremely pleased with the service Department. In the past I would take my vehicles to get service to an independent service center after the warranty period. Richard has been my go-to guy and I have received honest and great service. I am on my third MB vehicle and have had MBOTW service them all even after the warranty. If my cars didn't need something that I thought it did, he would always advise me to get it next time. My 2017 GLE has been in their hands and today it's like NEW. More

Marcos went above and beyond for our car buying experience. We drove hours away to purchase a used vehicle and we’re sent multiple videos showing the car in full detail.
