First experience at any Subaru dealership. Just purchased a 2022 Forester Limited with a 2016 Toyota Camry trade-in. Entire process was smooth with no pressure. Already had selected car from Internet and trade-in price was very fair. Staff was friendly and welcoming. From Internet sales, Lot sales. Finance Mgr to Gen Mgr, all were open to questions and transparent throught the process. Greater benefits if you purchase a CPO car. More

Being a Subaru Loyalist, I was not in a hurry to replace my 2015 Subaru Outback. Yet, she was turning 11 years old and I was interested in upgrading to some new technology. Devin Fuchs at Subaru of Jackso my 2015 Subaru Outback. Yet, she was turning 11 years old and I was interested in upgrading to some new technology. Devin Fuchs at Subaru of Jacksonville is why I decided to go ahead and trade in my 2015 Outback on a 2025 Outback. Everyone at the dealership is was very kind and pleasant to deal with but Devin truly stands out. He took the time to explain all of the new technology to me. He is so easy to talk to and we have so much in common that it is kind of crazy!. Also, any person that loves dogs as much as I do is an excellent person in my book. Devin was very transparent, patient, kind and most importantly, knowledgeable. Subaru is very lucky to have him representing them. Being from Colorado, I had a great relationship with my dealership there. After relocating to Jacksonville, it is such a nice feeling to know that I now have one with Subaru of Jacksonville. I am in love with my new Outback and look forward to driving her for many years to come. I will never drive anything other than a Subaru.
