Steven did not give us our floor mats that were in the sticker. When confronted he told me he discussed this up front. There was no discussion on the floor mats. If this is a rating for service department only, then I give it 5 stars. The service team is exceptional and goes out of their way to resolve any issue. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle, AVOID this give it 5 stars. The service team is exceptional and goes out of their way to resolve any issue. I would say one of the worst experiences I’ve had buying a car !!!! They still have not sent me all my paperwork! I’ve called them numerous times!
