This is by far the worst BMW dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Rallye BMW tried to charge me a diagnostic fee for an issue I had already reported when dropping off my car, and they refused to release my veh with. Rallye BMW tried to charge me a diagnostic fee for an issue I had already reported when dropping off my car, and they refused to release my vehicle until I paid it. Even the service advisor admitted he questioned the charge but said he had to bill it because of dealership policy — not because it was fair or related to any real work. After I paid, they ignored all my refund requests and stopped responding. The service department is dishonest, unprofessional, and only focused on squeezing money out of customers. Avoid this dealership at all costs. More
