Sam Macuk is the guy you should see if you go here. Very kind, courteous, and didn't make me feel like a "stupid woman" driver like the first guy (who shall be nameless) did. After dealing with the first guy being rude just because I didn't get my oil changed at exactly the time the manual says I should (on my very low mileage car) and then telling me i had to leave my car for 2-3 days just to get a diagnosis on a code (not true), it was refreshing to finally talk to somebody who knew something about customer service and how to go the extra mile to help people. Sam understands that a little effort goes a long way and makes people remember you and ask for you again. Thanks Sam!

Worst of the worst. Deal with these guys at your own risk. The sales manager was lying so bad he couldn’t look me straight in the eye. Called in for price and setup appointment to purchase an auto. Arrived and was given runaround by sales manager who informed me this dealership pays full msrp price from factory for their vehicles. Need I go further.

I called here to have my vehicle repaired under my extended warranty. I was told over and over my warranty expired. I try to explain I purchased an extended warranty, but he would not listen, would not take my warranty information and call to verify. After arguing with him, I told him he was a jerk!! I then called dealership in Santa Monica.....no issues! Do not do business with these people!!

I went in with my corvette that had been making weird engine noises for a while and because i was having a hard time getting the car into 1st gear. I had taken the car previously to other dealerships but they were not able to fix either problem. Luckily the technicians at Santa Monica Chevy were able to find and fix the problem on their first try and did so in only 4 days. Needless to say I was pleased with their service and their price as well.
