Overall experience was positive. Got a great deal on a 2024 Ram Laramie. Service department could use more attention to detail. Annoyances like tire pressure light shouldn’t be triggered the day after buying. Otherwise was a good experience.

Went to two other dealerships and almost lost hope on the car buying experience. Then I arrived at Fletcher. No pushy salespeople chasing me in golf carts. No one telling me what I need to buy. No one putting themselves first and me second. The entire staff waiting on me to be ready to move forward and had my best interest in mind from start to finish. And, there were no surprises toward the end of the deal which was the best I could find on my trade-in and new purchase. I've sent two other people there already. My sales manager man lied to me to get me to buy my 2024 Dodge Ram. He told me I would be getting a sizeable Gap Check which would cover my sales tax. I didn't get it and therefore I can't pay my sales tax. So this was a conditional sale that should have never happened. I was lied to by the sales manager

I traded my 2014 Ford F-250 for 2020 Ram 3500 Limited. Tina was my salesperson and did a wonderful job. She got me the lowest price and the best trad-in price for my truck. I searched all over Arkansas and went down to Houston,TX to see if I could get a better deal. Red River Dodge blew them all out of the water. We are not talking about a few hundred dollars we are talking thousands of dollars. This was my first Dodge. They did such a great job I even had my daughter buy one of their used vehicles the same day.

I have a car that isn't only new but he did just what I asked for and found me a vehicle with a lower monthly note. Matt was very patient with me during my time of trying to decide on my trade. I talked with him on the phone and when I arrived at the dealership he met me before I could get out id my vehicle with a smile which made me want to do business with your company even more. I went from a 2012 with high payments to a 2016 with lower payments. Thanks Matt, you were awesome.
