Purchased 2025 ram 1500 four weeks ago and had it in my possession only 4 days. Truck had a bad fuel injector and had to go back to garage. Dealership also was to have a bed liner installed and still waiting. One of the biggest issues is the dealership has not stayed in contact and I'm still waiting to take possession. My first loan payment is due and I do not even have the vehicle . In addition running boards were mentioned and have not heard a word about the running boards

Very disappointing place. They replaced my rotors and brakes 2 years ago, and said they needed replacement again? My car is stored in a garage and generally, my brakes never needed replacement for 60000 or more miles. Costly need and I honestly do not trust if this job was done properly 2 years ago. I also waited 1 hour for them to even look at my car, as I waited over 2 hours, as a full room of customers came and went, as I was the last one there. And… I had a scheduled appointment and arrived on time… even 15 min prior. Problems discussed with them and zero comments back.

Tri star Indians service group are always very friendly and pleasant to work with. They and are very accommodating to schedules. Due to current Covid regulations and my place of employment, I am very limited to days I can go into the office. My inspection was up and the end of the month of August and they were able to squeeze my car in for inspection on the only day I could go into the office. That helped me tremendously as I didn’t have to schedule time off of work to get my car inspected. Not only did they squeeze it in, they did it without hesitation and still had my car back to me within an hour!

Absolutely! Here’s a review that will really hit hard WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! This place is the definition of a scam. I bought a Mini Cooper from them, and they flat-out lied to my face. They pushed hard to sell it “as-is” with no warranty, but they swore up and down that it was in great condition. That was a complete LIE. The car ran fine just long enough for them to get my money. Then, out of nowhere, it started losing power. Now? It won’t even start. So I took it to a mechanic—guess what? They recognized the car IMMEDIATELY. They didn’t even have to look at it before asking, “Did you buy this from [Dealership Name]?” That’s how bad their reputation is! The mechanics in the shop actually LAUGHED because this place is so well known for dumping garbage cars on people. One even told me, “We wouldn’t give that car to someone for free, let alone SELL it.” This dealership doesn’t sell cars—they sell problems. And once they have your money? They could care less. They knew EXACTLY what they were doing when they sold me this car. If you buy from them, you will regret it. Save yourself the headache, the money, and the stress. Run FAR away from this place.
