The Sales Staff are well informed and able to answer my questions about the differences between trim levels. I appreciate that while they are happy to tell you about the newest models there is no pressure to trade in/trade up from my current Subaru.

8/29/24 - Another 5 stars if I could give the service center 10. We were in a pinch and the service centers near our house were backed up for a few weeks. Spirit Ford was able to fit us and solve our issue. Sam Witte is a rock star! I would highly recommend their service department. The transmission gave out on my truck on the freeway near Dundee about 30 miles from our home. Sam Witte was our service rep and he was incredibly responsive, helpful and empathetic during this challenging and frustrating time. They completed the work before we expected and Sam worked with Ford Customer Service to help offset my out of pocket cost. Thank you Spirit Ford and Sam!
