I worked with Gonzales on one visit, with Sam McHale on another visit. Got back and spoke with Gonzales again and told him I haven't gotten any follow up calls from him. Anyways, I'd like to look at the Acura 2021. Test drove it on a Friday evening. Saturday morning I called to place a hold deposit on the car to hold it. When I came back sure enough sales rep or another person let the car be used by another person an had 30 plus miles on it. Mr. Cole and I spoke about this incident and Mr. Cole was able to resolve the issue, where Gonzales tried to suggest that I misunderstood the entire issue. I do not mean any harm to anyone ever, but I strongly believe Gonzales has to follow common sense and do what he says he would. A good opportunity for improvement. The best sales person was Mr. Sam McHale, very polite and professional sales representative, courteous and knowledgeable. He well deserved 10 stars. Mr. Adam Hannah really did a fantastic job processing all documentation for me and got me on the road in no-time! Car itself is amazing, great deal! Love every minute driving it! More
