total price of deal not what we agreed on the total price of the deal we agreed on included a 24000 mile/24 month platinum extended warranty,when we were in finance we found out sales manager the total price of the deal we agreed on included a 24000 mile/24 month platinum extended warranty,when we were in finance we found out sales manager dropped the warranty to a gold to make up for the discounted price we agreed on, to get the warranty we agreed on we had to pay over $3000 more,I feel that was a real cheap and dishonest thing to do to a customer. I will not recommend Acura Of Peoria to anyone. Also we sent Acura of Peoria two reviews ,they have not gotten back too us, Very unprofessional Apparently they only respond to good reviews. More

“Before I took the vehicle on a test drive, I asked if it had gone through inspection and if there were any issues. I was told it went through inspection and there we no issues. Not even 24 hours after, I had to bring the car back due to the tire pressure light still being on. I got my car back and had to bring it in a 2nd time because of a noise that was coming from the back end. The struts are completely worn and they wanted to charge me $1600 to replace them. This should have been disclosed when I asked if there were any issues, but instead they took advantage of the fact I'm a female, who knows nothing about cars. Extremely dishonest dealership.” More
