Service at Autohaus has always been excellent and exceeds all expectations. Drop off of the vehicle on day one and pick up of the vehicle on day two. Service was a little disappointing, even though I was ahead of scheduled time, I felt ignored, finally someone else took over to help me. The mechanic did his job though the reception desk was not satis ahead of scheduled time, I felt ignored, finally someone else took over to help me. I learned too late that you have a limo service, would have been less inconvenient than having my husband involved in driving back and force. Hope this will help to improve your service? More
