They were fine and my service advisor was helpful. It was annoying that for the term of my lease my service notices were backwards and couldn’t be fixed. Also a key feature that was part of the purchase was annoying that for the term of my lease my service notices were backwards and couldn’t be fixed. Also a key feature that was part of the purchase decision, remote start, only worked for the first year of my lease and then because a problem with my drivers window which never properly closed and was never resolved caused this to fail. The electronics on my vehicle were impossible. For a $55,000 car (2017 300 GLC Coupe’) I expected more in quality and service. More

The quote provided for the repair did not match the final amount. The original quote was 1300 and i was charged 1628. I was told i was not going to get charge for the gas cover and i did.
