BMW of Sarasota is a very clean facility. As soon as I drove my car into the service department I was greeted by a friendly employee who directed me where to go and who to talk to. Carlos was my service manager, He greeted me with a smile and his little twinkle of his eye. He went over what would happen to my car that morning, told me how much time was needed for my service, and told me he would come back out if that timeframe extend it any longer. When my car was fidished on time, I was escorted by Carlos and off I went! I would recommend BMW of Sarasota and I have several times. More
