I’ve never had much reason to review a car dealership until now, I have been looking on car gurus and other websites to find a more family friendly sedan or coop because I have a 2012 Camaro and you real until now, I have been looking on car gurus and other websites to find a more family friendly sedan or coop because I have a 2012 Camaro and you really can’t see the car seat in that LOL. I stumbled upon a listing for a BMW 328I and the price for the condition of the car seemed a little bit too good to be true, but I figured why not and I contacted the dealer and I am happy that i did. Jerry Mancini at BMW of Westlake emailed me back about an hour later letting me know that the car was available and if I could come see it that day, I didn’t really want to go that day but my wife kind of nudged me in that direction so I went. I arrived at the dealership expecting to be high pressured and for the car not to be exactly as advertised but everything was exactly as advertised and after i talked to Jerry for 5 minutes, i felt like I was visiting with an old friend. He addressed my concerns with the utmost care and concern, he put my mind at ease and made me feel like I was making the right choice. I had to come back a couple days later to trade in my car and fill out the paperwork, Jerry gave me a really good trade-in price for my car, did what he could on the price, and the entire experience was very seemless, efficient, and actually very relaxing. He made the entire process very easy, relaxing, and I left the dealership with my new car feeling very satisfied. Thank you Jerry Mancini and I would recommend you to anyone looking to buy a car, and I also give you a 10 star rating my friend. Went out of the way for me I'm not the ideal client. I have great credit, but in terms of my budget I have limits in cement on what I can do - most of which wouldn't make a deal I'm not the ideal client. Not a lot in the bank, and a trade with some negative equity that had to be dealt with. I knew what I could afford at a max, and if it couldn't be met or came in too high I had to walk away. After an initial financing denial, both he and Mike in Finance kept going at it. I got the terms I needed to fit my budget, the deal I needed and the car I wanted. The whole process was two days (due to some virus slowdown issues), but I rolled out of there happy. I was intimidated walking into a BMW dealership because they're known for high end cars, higher price tags and part of me felt like the Jethro Clampett rolling into Beverly Hills. That faded fast and even though I didn't get a new car, I got the car I wanted. When the time comes for a new one, I'll remember this experience. More
