Poor Attention and Communication, Excellent Car! When purchasing a luxury automobile, the standard of excellence has been set and you all missed it. This was my first BMW purchase. I have recei When purchasing a luxury automobile, the standard of excellence has been set and you all missed it. This was my first BMW purchase. I have received far better treatment in purchasing lesser vehicles. I paid cash up front with little confirmation what was going to happen next. I purchased the car on May 29th. Paid for the car on June 5th. Received the car June 18th. Little to no proactive communication. Little attention to detail. I had to consistently follow up on my own to find out what was happening with delivery. All I kept hearing was, "We have no control over delivery". It wasn't until I spoke with Fred, the Sales Manager at Westlake, which is at another location, because everyone else was unavailable, that the details of how the shipping worked were explained in detail to me. There was no follow up call when the car was delivered to see if I was satisfied or even to confirm it was delivered. The car was delivered with quite a bit of oil and grime on the wheels. It was clear, no special treatment or touch of class was provided in this transaction. I don't know if it is because of the price of this vehicle was low or if you all were distracted, but I was not considered important in this transaction. At this point, I would not buy another vehicle from your store. More
