Old Time Customer Service in a Very Modern Setting I recently bought a slightly used BMW M235i convertible from Jerry Mancini at Westlake BMW. I live in Virginia and found the car by searching on the internet. This was a first for me in that I had never bought a car out of state. Mr. Mancini spoke to me by phone at least a half dozen times and was always patient and responsive, never pushy. I flew to Cleveland, arriving late at night, stayed at a Marriott Courtyard ($107) he recommended close to the dealership and he picked me up the next morning. When I saw the car it was exactly as Mr. Mancini had described it: flawless. The car was detailed, ready, full of gas, and they had taken care of all the paperwork involved in registering the car in Virginia so that part was also painless. The finance manager was super as was the tech who showed me how to operate the technology on the car. (Navigation, tunes through my phone, etc.) I made the 10 hour drive back to Virginia the same day and thoroughly enjoyed it. To sum up, Westlake BMW, particularly Mr. Mancini, treated me like I had bought the most expensive vehicle in the place. Bob M. from Virginia Beach. More

I went in for an oil change. I thought I needed an oil change and I took my car into the dealership. Your service tech told me I did not need an oil change until January. But, h I thought I needed an oil change and I took my car into the dealership. Your service tech told me I did not need an oil change until January. I've been working with Ken Delk since 2007 along wth Jim Strunk in servicet and Mike Nie I just completed my 3rd new BMW purchase from this company. I've been working with Ken Delk since 2007 along wth Jim Strunk in servicet and Mike Niedzwiecki in finance. Each purchase was trouble free and smooth. They gave me a great deal, good service and have great knowledge of the cars. BMW itself is a very reliable and high-tech vehicle that is safe and reliable. In fact, my 2015 BMW X5 gave it's life to save mine. A giant yellow truck blew a stop sign and I impacted at 50mph. It's airbags and emergency BMW service were proved second to none. Highly recommend this dealership, staff and product. More
