I tried westlake store and advisor John was rude and did not want to help at all. i explained my situation to John at Westlake and John hung up on me i called Middle store and advisor John was rude and did not want to help at all. i explained my situation to John at Westlake and John hung up on me i called Middleburg store and Cassie was awesome from the start and was appologetic from the start that the Westlake advisor hung up on me. i will only deal with the middleburg store for now on and Cassie will be my advisor.
