One mistake that I made was assuming that all new cars (including cheap American cars) were equipped with Sirius radio. This one is not and I'm on the road all the time. Great experience!! I am an out of state buyer and drove 3 hours because the had the best car for a great deal. I only invest in CPO vehicles and the sample they were off I am an out of state buyer and drove 3 hours because the had the best car for a great deal. I only invest in CPO vehicles and the sample they were offering was near perfect so I had them hold it for me for minimal money down. The car had just arrived on the lot and had not yet be fully detailed. Even though we had already agreed on a sale BMW of Westlake still fully detailed car, refinished the wheels, touched up the front facia, and made sure the car was perfect. Now I'm picky and went through every inch of the car...it was well detailed. Jerry was very attentive and quick to respond to all inquiries. I appreciated how he help but was not pushy. Once we drove the car that was all it took...car was ours. Since we had a long way to go they were able to get us pushed to the front of the line to finish paperwork. We were through the whole process fast. But then we kept the BMW genius, Cameron, for an hour just covering the details of the car and chatting! What a great guy and great experience. We would recommend this dealership AND drive out here again for great deals and cars! Oh and one last thing, the building is beautiful and loaded with hundreds of new and CPO BMWs...they will have what you are looking for!! More
2017 BMW X4 M40i Purchase I originally made the 1 hour drive to BMW of Westlake because they were the only BMW dealer in my area that had an X4 M40i I could test drive. My inte I originally made the 1 hour drive to BMW of Westlake because they were the only BMW dealer in my area that had an X4 M40i I could test drive. My intent was to order this vehicle from a dealer closer to where I live, but the guys at BMW of Westlake (Adam Moon, John Caruso, Mike Niedzwiecki, and Dirk Steffen) were so excellent to work with I decided to forget about my local dealer. Adam was extremely friendly, John's knowledge of BMW vehicles was impressive, Mike made the paperwork go by with ease, and Dirk (BMW Genius) provided a superior overview of my new X4 once it arrived. I highly recommend these guys and the BMW of Westlake dealership. More
Extremely pleasurable car buying experience! I recently purchased a preowned BMW X5 from Ganley BMW, I'm quite pleased to say that my buying experience was nothing less than refreshing and I recently purchased a preowned BMW X5 from Ganley BMW, I'm quite pleased to say that my buying experience was nothing less than refreshing and pleasurable! From the moment I stepped foot in the dealership and met with my sales person Tom Zito I felt extremely comfortable and not the least bit pressured! Throughout the purchasing experience he has proven himself to be a very down to earth sales person that has stood behind his word! On the finance and documentation side of my purchase Dan Walker did a fantastic job of getting me the best finance rate possible...his preparation made my signing extremely quick and easy! In closing, I must also commend Service manager Steve David for his efforts in orchestrating The service work that was done to my pre-owned vehicle and catering to my request! Another monumental part of my exceptional buying experience was the fact that unlike any other dealership I had past experienced,.. I had the privilege of looking my vehicle over while in service and having the opportunity to inspect the vehicle while on the lift.
