From his initial phone call advising of the arrival of a 2011 Z4 I might be interested in to our final handshake, Jerry Mancini did an amazing job! His no pressure approach should be duplicated by every car salesman. Fred Palmer, Sales Manager, handled the negotiations in a professional manner and I believe very satisfactory to both ourselves and the dealership. The financing department was also a very easy, low stress process. They offered a rate better than our local credit union. We were out of his office (sorry, don't remember his name, my apologies) in less than 15 minutes. The service department touched up a couple blemishes such that I cannot find them! They also ordered, received and installed a BMW wind deflector I had requested, all in a very short time. With the car beautifully detailed, they handed it back to Jerry for the hand off. Finally, John Cordell, Product Genius, did an excellent job explaining the car's various functions. Thank you to the entire team for our best ever car buying experience. More
