I custom ordered my car at BMW of Westlake. First, I want to start off by saying that the staff here is very friendly and welcoming. This is hands down the best dealership experience I’ve ever First, I want to start off by saying that the staff here is very friendly and welcoming. This is hands down the best dealership experience I’ve ever had. Secondly, I personally worked with Jerry Mancini (sales representative) who was very knowledgeable, welcoming, friendly, respectful and not pushy. Jerry made the ordering process super easy. He also kept me updated through the entire building process and all the way up to the time it was delivered!!! Overall I’d recommend this dealership to anybody. More
