Really a ridiculous charge for what was done. I know there is the basic $400 charge just to look at a car, but when under an extended warranty either the dealer or Dodge should do better. I was given an appointment for Friday 5/17. When I dropped off the car, I was told that they were backed up and that they wouldnt be able to get to my car until Tuesday. In addition after 3 days of driving the vehicle, the start/stop warning light came back on. That was the reason for me bringing the car in the first place.
