Had a relatively easy buying experience and the staf was really helpful in getting me out of my old vehicle and into a new one. However they sold me a defective car that had to be taken into service 2 days really helpful in getting me out of my old vehicle and into a new one. However they sold me a defective car that had to be taken into service 2 days after buying it for a faulty fuel pump and the service department doesn’t even have the part needed to fix my car and they are unsure when the part will be in. Bayside Volkswagen is great. This is my 2nd purchase from this dealer. I bought my first VW a couple of years ago from John Albanese. I had a good experience so when I needed another car recently I went back this dealer. I bought my first VW a couple of years ago from John Albanese. I had a good experience so when I needed another car recently I went back. John wasn’t in that day but I got to work with Luis Tinoco. He was great.
