Purchasing a vehicle can be very stressful. I searched the internet for weeks and was convinced it would take months to find the right deal for us. This dealership said they would make it worth the drive, and they did that and so much more. The price could not be matched! In less than a week I was ready to complete the deal. We have purchased several new vehicles, but this dealership was the most pleasant and patient. Even staying after hours to make sure we were satisfied with the process and answer all of our questions. If I have questions later, I have the sales man's cell phone number so that I can call him direct. This was our first purchase at Bianchi Honda. Highest level of customer service from a dealership I purchased a used car from these guys back in February. Absolutely loved the car, but noticed over the course of a couple months that the front passe I purchased a used car from these guys back in February. Absolutely loved the car, but noticed over the course of a couple months that the front passenger tire wasn't holding air. Not only did the team replace this tire, but they fixed another tire along with a scratch on another rim that wasn't noticed at the time of purchase. Pleasant A friend had recommended the dealership, and I know others have been pleased with their Hondas, so I did some looking online, initially for used cars. A friend had recommended the dealership, and I know others have been pleased with their Hondas, so I did some looking online, initially for used cars. But recent used cars were almost all automatic with the CVT transmission. I didn't know what that was so I read an article from Washington Post. I've driven standards most of my life, so I tried to look for them. Just for kicks, I decided to look at new cars, small and as cheap as I could get, so that led me to the Honda Civic, and the first one I saw was the 6-speed standard in a beautiful blue with 4 doors. I asked for the "e-price", and Kayla responded with that and the 0.9% and 1.9% info. I did plan on looking at the car earlier, but by the time I got there because of other circumstances, it was almost 6PM. Luke came to greet us (a friend was with me), and while he was prepared to look at options, I only wanted to look at the car I bought. That was not a problem. He was polite, and answered any questions I had and gave other information that I didn't know I needed, and the whole process was smooth. I had not planned on driving any car home, so it was a surprise that all the other paper work was taken care of - even my insurance company. Any pressure involved in the process was from within me, not from anyone in the dealership - I desperately needed a car, used or new, and I don't like spending lots of money, so that's where the pressure was. By the way - I don't used superlatives, or highest or lowest ranking, so, "4" is the best anyone can expect from me. The car feels good when I drive it, and we will continue to learn more about each other, hopefully for another 200,000 miles. More
