I bought a car through Mr. Gibson out of state. Once he secured the deal Mr. Gibson no longer felt like it was his job to help us out of at least answer our calls. Also he was Gibson out of state. Also he was told 3 days ahead of time that the car was going to be picked up soon and had that time to get it cleaned however when the truck arrived not only did he blow us off but he made sure the car was NOT cleaned. When we called to attempt to get a simple copy of the contract he provided very uncertain noncommittal responses clearly not caring that the customer could not drive the vehicle without the paperwork necessary to register. Do not recommend this dealer. More

The overall physical dealership was the same as all the other dealerships I visited. The showroom was clean with all the high end cars you usually see. The big exception was when I was there they had just other dealerships I visited. The showroom was clean with all the high end cars you usually see. The big exception was when I was there they had just moved a car either in or out of the showroom and the raw gas smell was quite strong. They finally opened the doors to air the place out. My major problems with the dealership were the lowball offer on my trade in, the fact that there were mistakes made on the finance paperwork that had to be corrected and the fact that they represented the truck I was there to look at as new. And I say new because they negotiated the deal just like it was a new truck, never telling me the truck had been sold and registered, this fact was not listed on the truck and I even asked the salesman if the truck had been special ordered by someone and maybe the deal fell through. I asked this of the salesman because the dealer was actually offering a discount on it. When I asked about this the salesman, Brian, did not answer and did not tell me then about the prior sale. The only reason I found out was when I pointed out to David the finance guy that the paperwork said I was purchasing a used vehicle not new. Then he conferred with someone else and then told me the story and apologized for the omission, and then Brian came and apologized also. I could tell they were just trying to cover themselves for trying to get away with it. I will admit, the truck only had 64 miles on it and did not look like it had been really driven but the simple fact is, it had been previously registered so I had to purchase it as a used truck so this affected my insurance premium among other issues going forward.
