My situation is complex . .. suffice to say that I had a new vehicle replaced by GM within 6 months of purchase. Having said that from Sales (Danny Trujillo, 5 Stars) to Service (Tom Hemmer, 6 Stars if that were possible) to Sales again, the care that we received was beyond any expectations that I might have had. A complex situation that could have easily been a disaster was handled with professionalism and concern for us, the customer. More
