I’ve purchased 2 vehicles from you and have always had good service from Kia. This visit was to troubleshoot and repair a leaking tire. The tire still leaks. This made the 2nd time I’ve taken my vehicle i good service from Kia. This visit was to troubleshoot and repair a leaking tire. The tire still leaks. This made the 2nd time I’ve taken my vehicle in for this issue. Now a 3rd trip (from Shallotte) will be required. Additionally, from the day of purchase, the “Inverter fluid level low” indicator is constantly on for which no resolution has been given. I’m losing faith in Kia and their lack of a timely resolution to that problem. More

The vehicle was fine but i had issues with the sales force. I wanted to pick the car up the next morning but the closing coordinator insisted it be done that evening. This resulted in a hurried detaili force. I wanted to pick the car up the next morning but the closing coordinator insisted it be done that evening. This resulted in a hurried detailing and forced me to do the walk around in the dark. I was also told the DMV paperwork had been submitted which was untrue. This caused me to make unnecessary trips to DMV and the dealership. Also, the window sticker was destroyed instead of being furnished to me as required and I had to follow up twice to get a copy.
