Had another great experience with Kia. Went to Coastal in Wilmington as a first timer, hoping to transfer our Sportage maintenance from our old hometown dealer, having moved to Calabash recently. Had appointment with service manager John Wigger who later provided Kia’s usual good service, but only after coming face to face with John Wallace, who ended up selling us our fifth Kia in a row! Now cruising coastline with the wind from our new Soul’s sunroof in our hair! New home, new Kia and a new hometown Kia dealer. Easy to see why Coastal Kia is #1! More

Our product specialist, Kelvin Swinson was terrific in the three occasions that we met with him. Kelvin slowly proceeded to compare the two SUVs that my wife and I were researching. Steve told me it wouldn't take long to get everything done for our new vehicle and he was right. The last dealership we worked with took over 6 hours to get us on our way.
