Complete satisfaction..no hassle. This is the third vehicle purchased from Coastal KIA. My first but my fiance purchased her last 2 vehicles from Coastal. The main reason I purchased my Sorento is due to the fact that Steve Kramer makes it so easy to make it happen. The particular model I wanted was not available on the lot but Steve located one and after delivery I was in and out in a couple of hours. Mike Mascavage was very precise and helped me navigate through the paperwork. I appreciate the time and effort put in to make my purchasing experience a great one. More
