It took a lot of planning and saving to finally buy my first EV, but I knew from the start I wanted to work with Colonial West Chevrolet and I couldn't be happier with that decision. From the moment I knew the Bolt EUV was on its way, I was kept informed about its arrival. From there I was able to schedule a test drive and before the night was over, I'd put down a deposit. Sean O Salem went above and beyond to answer every question I had. He kept me informed while we waited on the IRS to get their act together--and his persistence led to significant cost savings for me. I felt supported and treated with professionalism and respect. As an added bonus, I know I'm in great hands with the service department, too. This is my second purchase from Colonial West Chevrolet of Fitchburg and I will continue to be a repeat customer. More

Just took my 2018 Chevy Trax in for repair at Colonial West the other day. The service department took my car in for repair very quickly and gave a estimate for go ahead with the repair. Last night we started our Tahoe and it struggled to start. We called Colonial first thing this morning and Shelley was able to get us in almost immediately. When we arrived Edison quickly got us checke start. We called Colonial first thing this morning and Shelley was able to get us in almost immediately. When we arrived Edison quickly got us checked in and our car to the back to be serviced. My husband has dementia and trusts very few people but trusts Edison completely.
