Spotted a new cutaway van that had just arrived, pictures were not even up on the site yet. As soon as I checked in with him, he took my keys so that the problem could be diagnosed. With concerns of being without my car for an extended period of time and no access to alternate transportation, I was relieved and grateful to drive my car home later that afternoon thanks to the caring and expertise of your service team. My experiences with you has always been positive and though I've worked often with Edison, who is knowledgeable and comforting, every team member has been exceptional.
