After having great service on my 2016 Silverado at Colonial West just three days prior on a Friday, I had a new Monday morning issue. I called and spoke with Pamela who was able to get my truck in for Colonial West just three days prior on a Friday, I had a new Monday morning issue. I called and spoke with Pamela who was able to get my truck in for what turned out to be a leaking air conditioning condenser. Jackie in service, who has also helped me numerous times in the past, tracked down a replacement unit while providing me a courtesy loaner vehicle so I could get myself to work. I am so appreciative that the service was completed all in the same day while accommodating my work schedule.
