Jimmy, Rick and Sean were great sales people. Cole Harris, the financial guy was dishonest. He sold me the extended warranty without me knowing. Salesman - I was handed a pen to sign documents that was physically chewed on so much that the cap would not come off - Even if it wasn't Covid this is GROSS. Pens are inexpensive. Even though it was a used car sale I expect more from a new car dealership on detailing. Inspection - Cabin air filter was not looked at or checked. It was very dirty. Attention to detail - (Not a huge concern) For some reason the miles stated on the paperwork was different than what was on the odometer. It was off by 4000+ miles. It had 89K not 93K. All in all this was an average encounter. Probably won't go back. Their attention to detail and bar needs to be raised. More
