Ross, Again, I am so sorry to hear about all the issues you have ran into with your new vehicle. This is not the goal nor do we want it to happen to anyone. When the dealership in MO reached out to us, we were given a part number to order which was the multi-purpose camera unit. When you brought the vehicle in on the 30th, our technician looked at the vehicle and found it needed a radar. We then immediately ordered the radar, however Acura did not have this part available in our warehouse causing a two day delay. I agree the ball was dropped when we received the part Friday morning and I am sorry this happened. Your vehicle should have been done first thing due to all the delays we already ran into.
