My family and I went to Crown in the morning to purchase a vehicle. We knew what we wanted and didn’t want the hassle of dealing with the stereotypical “car salesman”. Upon arrival we were promptly greeted by Michael Suttles. He was friendly and easy going - no pressure at all. We told him that we needed to be out I. Less that two hours and he delivered! The process of purchasing our vehicle wad quick and painless no nonsense process. We were press for time and the whole team worked together to make sure we leave on time to pick our daughter. Michael Suttles and Boris Cehic was quick in processing our purchase but they also made sure that we understood every process. It was quick but we never felt “rushed”.
