The service adviser was friendly and gave me a quote without pressuring me into doing anything I didn’t want too. He also gave me coupon to help with the cost. Super friendly and helpful. Pete Prozio guided me through the purchase of my new Bronco and very communicative throughout the process in July 2022. Recently I brought my Bronc Pete Prozio guided me through the purchase of my new Bronco and very communicative throughout the process in July 2022. Recently I brought my Bronco in to repair a cracked windshield, cursing my bad luck because now I had to buy a new windshield and possibly an extended repair. After working with the team Moe Yousef, Finance Manager, Jassan Latif, General Manager, Roberto Alfaro, Service Director, and John Trehey they were able to replace the windshield with no hassle. Also should mention the convenient shuttle and friendly driver whose name I didn't get. Thanks for all your help! More
