Went to pick up a vehcle we found online, Internet team was very responsive. Ran into an unexpected issue when picking up, the entire team worked hard to resolve the issues and get us on the road with our was very responsive. Andy handled the transaction with white-glove treatment, and Will (also in sales) did his best to support/assist. Jeff (Sales Manager) oversaw everything and was honest with us about the unforeseen challenge. Roberto (service manager) himself went out and worked on our vehicle to be sure everything was right. From Carly and Brittany on the Internet team to Andy and Will in Sales, to Jeff and Roberto as managers, all wanted to exceed our expectations, and did their best to instill confidence in our buying from Currie. More
