John Trehey saved the day. While traveling across country in my brand new 2021 Thor Challenger 37' Class A coach the check engine light illuminated. Not knowing if I could safely make it back to California f in my brand new 2021 Thor Challenger 37' Class A coach the check engine light illuminated. Not knowing if I could safely make it back to California from Frankfort, IL I scheduled an appointment with Currie Motors Ford. This dealership doesn't usually work on Class A RV's so my expectations were low that they would be able to help but John Trehey had different plans. John and his team quickly diagnosed the fault code to a mis-firing spark plug. The corrective action was to replace the spark plug wires but unfortunately they did not have the parts on hand. John made a few calls and was able to locate the parts and have them over night expressed to Currie Ford. By noon the next day the spark plug wires were replaced and the check engine light extinguished. John was very professional and went the extra mile to find the wiring needed to fix my coach. He called me after hours to keep me in the loop and also texted the following day to assure me his team was taking care of business. I highly recommend this dealership!!!! Semper Fi D. McCallen More

If we could give less then 1 star we would! We drove 2 hrs for an appointment to see a car and the car wasn’t even on their lot, it was on the Naperville lot. Don’t you think if you have customers driving hrs for an appointment to see a car and the car wasn’t even on their lot, it was on the Naperville lot. Don’t you think if you have customers driving 2 hrs. for a scheduled appointment that you would have the car where you tell them to meet you at for the appointment? Then to top it off the person we had been emailing wasn’t there either.. So we had to deal with some young arrogate sales guy that was probably the rudest sales guy I’d ever met. Then they had us do all the paper work before we would even get to see the car, I’ve never heard of such a thing in my life. Their reasoning was, we need to make sure you can get financed before we have them bring the car here. With them not even knowing if we needed financed! So we went along with their game by now it’s almost noon and still no car. They send us to lunch so they can get the car to their lot and when we get back our sales guy was like it should be here anytime, WRONG!! Another 40 mins go by and the car finally shows up. We look over the car and aren’t happy about a few things on the car like “rust” on a $30,000 car. Not having it. And I quote the salesman after pointing out the rust, “ that’s just a bargaining chip” chip, I said, bargaining chip that’s rust!!! The salesman pressured us into test driving the car after we told the salesman we’re not really interested in the car anymore bc of the rust and other cosmetic damages that weren’t pointed out in picture online. We drove the car around the block came back and handed him the keys. I would NEVER recommend this dealership. More
