I saw that my car needed tire pressure looked at and also it needed oil change. I was looking for a used car for my son's first car. I searched numerous dealerships in the area and DCH Kay Honda had the best and courteous staff by far. They were very patient with our car buying experience as we were trying to get the best and safest car for a first time driver. Everything from the website to the staff never felt like the pushy car buying experience you've come to expect. They took care of a some things on the car that we wanted and made this the perfect purchase. Scott was even kind enough to put a bow on the car at the dealership after the purchase for when my son walked out to celebrate the occasion. This is why DCH Kay Honda is always my first stop for a car purchase. More
My experience at the dealership was very poor. After taking the car off the lot, I was informed I needed to change the address on my insurance in order to keep the vehicle or else I would need to return taking the car off the lot, I was informed I needed to change the address on my insurance in order to keep the vehicle or else I would need to return it. This should have been avoided since I provided the sales person, Tkeya Grimes, with my insurance representative on the phone the night I purchased the car. After speaking to the insurance herself and receiving all the information needed including the insurance ID and binder, she said I was all food to go. This was not the case since after I returned home, she continued to call me for a week after the purchase to ask me to change my info on the insurance to keep the car. This should have been taken care of the night of the purchase when she said all the insurance stuff was complete. She was very unprofessional and not knowledgable at all about the vehicle I came in to purchase. The first day I came to test drive the car, she provided me with the incorrect vehicle carfax and information and even pulled out the wrong vehicle for me to drive. Overall, do not recommend this dealership and sales person who assisted me. More
