He answered all our questions patiently and was as helpful as he could be. He made us feel at ease and was great. Shad Saaveh was most helpful and patient when we did the final paperwork. He was terrific. The young lady, Brianna, who showed us the car's features, was outstanding as well. She was patient and considerate and answered all of our questions. My brother is on the cusp of “real” adulthood, which basically means he avoids all the genuine responsibilities that come with being an almost college My brother is on the cusp of “real” adulthood, which basically means he avoids all the genuine responsibilities that come with being an almost college graduate (rent, utilities, insurance, etc), but earns all the benefits, like having his own car. So, my dad finally grant him a Honda CRV and he was lucky enough to be served by Adolfo Marte, who was extremely accommodating the entire time, even despite my dad’s somewhat pushy behavior. Marte is everything a car sales consultant should be: patient, informative, welcoming, and most importantly, competent. 10/10 would recommend! More

Salesman Osvandy Arias warmly greeted me at the door and was very knowledgeable about the car as we took it for a test drive. When it came to financing, Dee Mustafa was friendly, professional and not at all pushy in terms of extra products. The dealership is very well maintained and comfortable, with free beverages and nice seating areas. For such a large location, I am impressed with the attention to detail and service that was provided. The only reason that I didn't give them 5 stars is because the car buying process took too long, nearly 6 hours from start to finish on a weekday, even when I knew exactly what I wanted and had my paperwork ready. If they can better streamline their personnel and various departments, they will be unbeatable as a dealership. Thank you! More
