The worst customer service I have ever experienced made us wait 2 and a half hours, then a representative told the manager, and a gentleman with a red Honda shirt literally waved us off to leave. I have ne us wait 2 and a half hours, then a representative told the manager, and a gentleman with a red Honda shirt literally waved us off to leave. I have never seen anything like this in my life. Extremely disappointed in my purchase at DCH Honda. Run don't walk from this dealership. I am a senior citizen and DCH claimed to repair the starter and alternator.
