Great, but I had a 2:00pm appointment to finalize the paper work on my new truck. I was on time and met by our sales rep. Peter which he was totally awesome. Unfortunately we had to wait over two hours for Jeff to finish up with the customer he was working on. Peter is very polite and was apologetic about the long wait. I wished someone had contacted me regarding Jeff's running behind. I would have delayed my arrival. I couldn't help feeling sorry for Peter. He's stuck with us when he might have been able to sell another vehicle. More

waste of time I received a recall letter for a problem with a sunroof. Made an appointment and sat in the waiting room for and hour and a half to be told that they I received a recall letter for a problem with a sunroof. Made an appointment and sat in the waiting room for and hour and a half to be told that they did not have the part. I asked why no one would have confirmed that the part needed was on hand when I made the appointment. I also received numerous confirmations of the appointment, but again no one confirmed the part. I was told that the part was ordered and that I would receive a phone call to schedule the work. Well 10 days later I had to call them. The car was fixed and they agreed to pick my car up at my work, fix it and then return it, as my work was beyond their normal drive service. More
