She is a straight shooter, and made our experience comfortable and essentially stress free. Last year, we purchased a RAV4 from her, and once again, it was a fantastic experience. This week, we returned our 2016 Corolla lease and leased a 2018 Corolla. Of course, we just had to work with Melissa again!
