Brought my car in for diagnostic check out. Matt was my tech advisor and extremely professional and helpful. He explained the process and how long it takes. After the diagnostic procedure Matt explained the findings so I understood why my car was acting the way it was. He also explained future service options in order for me to keep my car in good working order. They never did my oil change when it went in for my 6 month service. The only thing they did was tire rotation and checked multi point so I’m gonna go 1 year without an oil change and it still took 1 hou month service.
