I am extremely disappointed that my car is in such poor condition. It has had a loose part since the day I drove it off the lot. My vehicle was in the shop for three weeks. I was informed by the service writer that the issue was resolved. When I received the vehicle back, the display functionality was still inoperable. I have brought the vehicle in for the same issue multiple times, and it never gets resolved and the parts that they keep ordering never come in.
