when I arrived for my appointment Mr Lockrow was the only attendant there. He was eating so after abt 5 min he didn't acknowledge me so I asked if he was the only person there. He said yes. Making the deal with the sales person was the easiest part, delivery was the worst experience I’ve had. I’ve bought two trucks there in the last 6 months and every time it’s the same thing, some guy th part, delivery was the worst experience I’ve had. I’ve bought two trucks there in the last 6 months and every time it’s the same thing, some guy that has no experience in finance is the one that helps you to sign all the paperwork. They bring you to the back of the building to some weird back room, they never have all the paperwork ready there’s always some hiccup and you end up waiting over an hour for them to get it figured out. Both times the trucks have not been detailed or cleaned, both were brand new with scratches on them… the whole delivery experience is awful. More
