For many years the DeNooyer Family has been servicing generations of customers with all of their automotive needs. Starting in 1943 with my grandfather, Jerry, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the DeNooyer Family strives for customer satisfaction by treating every customer sincerely and fairly. Employees' morale plays a large part in this process. Our business was founded on honesty and integrity and we extend that to our employees as well as our customers. Some of our sales employees have been with us for over 25 years, learning more about the industry, community, and our customers' needs every day. Our service and body shop technicians and parts personnel are no different. Over the past 35 years, our technicians have serviced hundreds of thousands of vehicles. We have some technicians that have been with us for almost 30 years. They know some customers' vehicles better than their own. Working on your vehicle to them is like working on their own. Safety comes first! They pride themselves on making sure the job is done right the first time. It is because of this, that generations of customers send their vehicles to DeNooyer Chevrolet for all of their servicing needs.
My responsibility at the dealership is to make sure my family traditions hold true. Nothing is more important to me and my "family" than knowing that everyone that walks into DeNooyer Chevrolet has left 100% satisfied 100% of the time. I accept this challenge and hope that I am as successful in doing so as my father and grandfather were. Desperate is an understatemt Battery light went on a mile from DeNooyer....I immediately drove straight there and met with Bob Anderson. My problem outside of not knowing what wa Battery light went on a mile from DeNooyer....I immediately drove straight there and met with Bob Anderson. My problem outside of not knowing what was wrong with my vehicle but I was leaving to drive to Boston for my daughters wedding the next morning at 11 a. m. Needless to say I was panicked and desperate to say the least. On top of that I didn't notice that my vehicle was way past due for inspection and needed new tires...and how was your day. Time is of the essence and all I can say is that Bob Anderson came through in flying colors and as far as I am concerned he went above and beyond and kept me in the loop the whole time that helped relieve the stress. My usual service rep was not working and I'm so glad that Bob filled in....I highly recommend More
